Step 1: Request an RMA # by completely filling out the form.
Step 2: Click "Submit". An email oonfirmation will be sent to you. Please allow up to 72 hours for your RMA # to be emailed to you.
Step 3: Ship your item, prepaid, back to Cobra Systems. Write the RMA # on the outside of the shipping carton, and include a copy of the RMA Information Form in the shipping carton with your return.
